Blue Ginger boasts a team of
over 10 chefs hand picked from some of India's
finest five star hotels who excel in a cuisine
that is unashamedly robust & strong in
flavours. We are not just generous with our choice
of spices but our portions as well.
The menu at Blue Ginger is divided into two
sections, both of which cater equally well for
vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The Indian menu
boasts a selection of handpicked dishes from
diverse parts of India, starting in the northwest
Punjab region and meandering down to Goa in the
South.
The Indo-Oriental menu as the name suggests is
inspired by the tradition of Oriental Food which
has been adapted to an Indian taste palette that
has created a unique fusion of flavours, often
referred to as "Indian Chinese". Our
range of dishes includes many Thai & Chinese
favourites as well as several culinary creations,
unique to Blue Ginger.
At Blue Ginger each tangy morsel will conjure up
the myriad flavours of India. Exotic, vibrant and
resounding with Eastern influences, our menu
reflects the varied delicacies of India, served in
a modern, aesthetically pleasing way.
